Application review

Scholarship, grant and fellowship committees read thousands of essays where the writing is the merit. A text detector gives you a percentage, and a percentage will not survive an appeal.

Add WriteTrack to your essay form and it records how each applicant wrote. Programme officers, admissions staff and selection panels read two things: the essay, and the work behind it.

Grounded signals

  • In-form composition, on the record: drafting time, pauses to think and passages reworked – the shape of someone actually writing.
  • Paste-then-rework versus paste-and-submit – editing pasted text afterwards reads very differently from dropping in a finished block.
  • Compare process against the full applicant pool. Spot outliers in a corpus of responses.
